- Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and code, created by Nexus WebWorks for the client shall remain the property of the client. However, Nexus WebWorks shall retain the right to use any and all deliverables for the purpose of self-promotion.
- Warranty: Nexus WebWorks warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. In the event of a breach of this warranty, Nexus WebWorks will remedy the breach within a reasonable period of time.
- Limitation of Liability: Nexus WebWorks shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Nexus WebWorks harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from the use of our services.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by the client, any unpaid invoices will become immediately due and payable.
